MusicLeader London supports the professional development of 'music leaders' across the capital, and was the first regional MusicLeader project to be established in England by Youth Music.

In 2005, Platform3 worked with Sound Connections / MusicLeader London to map the training needs for music leaders in London, from the point of view of both employers and employees, and the training provision currently available. Our report made recommendations that informed the development of the MusicLeader London programme.
